Who we are

We’re DJ Paronto and Laura Lutz, and we proudly own and operate The Siouxer Sk8 & Shop, an indoor skate park and skate shop dedicated to the skateboarding community. We offer skateboarding lessons for kids starting at age 4, along with open skate sessions during the winter months and rainy days. In the summer, we host camps that keep kids active, learning, and having fun on their boards.

But it’s not just about skating. We’re passionate about supporting our local art scene and regularly host a variety of events that celebrate creativity.

What drives us is the belief that skateboarding teaches kids more than just tricks—it teaches them valuable life skills. Through skateboarding, we want to enrich youth with the confidence, resilience, and determination needed to navigate the real world. Above all, we aim to pass down the importance of community, connection, and support—lessons that skateboarding uniquely offers.
